- Saudi entity with CR, VAT and MISA licence, and ATG's own employer file — Iqama, work permits, Chamber attestation, Ajeer transfer
- Project execution plan, organisation chart and CVs before mobilisation; ITP with hold and witness points
- Progressive documentation: loop folders, test records, red-line as-builts and turnover packs built during the work
- Working knowledge of Saudi owner-operator and EPC documentation and permit regimes
- Standard commercial framework — LD cap, warranty, extension-of-time provision — so risk is allocated explicitly, not argued later
