Site Assessment Surveys leading to development of front end engineering document (FEED) and basic engineering document (BED). We develop user requirements specifications or design guideline specifications for our customers.
Upon Award of MAC, EPC or LSTK scope to ATG we start detailed design after Kick off meeting. Specialists develop and engineer the system with deliverables like FDS, Sys IO Lists, Alarm & Setpoint Lists, Network architecture and soft address List.
Deliverables like Control and Shutdown Narratives, Process Control Schemes, Cause & Effect Matrices, SiS Validation documents are developed. Vendors POs are placed after approval of customer. Programming, Configuration, testing and cabinet integration is completed.
Indigenious programming and vigorous internal testing and several runs of Plant Control system at our factory greatly reduce field work. Client input during Factory acceptance test (FAT) proves a key role in quality delivery.
At site after installation at place either by ATG or by others under ATG supervision successful SAT sign offs save a lot of time during commissioning and startup process.
